Search for "SeenByAI" in the Shopify App Store and click "Add app". You'll be asked to approve the permissions the app requires (read and write access to your products), then you'll be redirected to the SeenByAI dashboard inside your Shopify admin. The first audit of your catalogue begins automatically.
Your initial AI visibility score is generated within minutes of installing the app. Schema fixes are applied to your store within a few hours depending on catalogue size. AI search engines typically re-index updated product data within days to a few weeks — so you may start seeing improvements in AI referral traffic within 2–4 weeks of installation.
SeenByAI currently optimises for ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude (Anthropic), and Microsoft Copilot. We continuously update our optimisation engine as new AI search surfaces emerge.
SeenByAI adds structured data (JSON-LD schema markup) to your product pages — this is invisible to shoppers and doesn't change how your listings look in your store or on search engines. It also enriches product metafields with standardised attributes. We never modify your product titles, descriptions, images or prices without explicit action from you.
You can cancel at any time by uninstalling SeenByAI from your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps → SeenByAI → Delete). Your subscription will end at the close of the current billing cycle and you won't be charged again. If you have any trouble, email support@seenbyai.co and we'll sort it out for you.
When you uninstall the app, your store data is automatically deleted within 30 days. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, or want confirmation that deletion is complete, email privacy@seenbyai.co with your store URL and we'll process the request within 5 business days.
Yes. SeenByAI works with all Shopify themes, including Online Store 2.0 themes and legacy themes. Schema markup is injected via Shopify's app embed system and doesn't require any theme code changes. If you experience any theme-related issues, contact our support team and we'll help you resolve them.
